Congratulations to Pacific High School and the Port Orford Community Stewardship Area for taking ownership of this special clone and joining with other communities around the world on Earth Day in the the 1st global planting of a champion redwood forest.
Which tree was this a clone of?
Hi John. We cloned that tree from the Barrett Stump – a coast redwood that was cut down over 100 years ago in Northern California.
